October has Come!

White clouds float in skies of azure

V’s of geese honk high overhead

Trees dance, yellow leaves flutter down

Leaf carpets crunch underfoot

Pumpkins and mums decorate porches

Hot tea and cider bring comfort and warmth

Spicy candles lend aroma

October has come once more
